Greenhouse #1 & #2 Construction
Greenhouse #1 completed in the spring of 2020 and Greenhouse #2 completed in the spring of 2022.

Each greenhouse has approximately 600 feet of underground tunneling, with air circulating from underground and pushed into the greenhouses basically creating an underground heating and cooling system known as an “earth battery”.
Growing outdoors during the warmer months and in the greenhouses during the colder months allows us to grow and supply local restaurants, families and grocers with produce all year long.
