Chinook Hops Profile: Known for having medium intensity spice and pine characteristics with subtle notes of grapefruit.

La Capilla Hops Farm Plants: We have 1 1/2 acres of hops. The hop plants are perennials and climb bines vertically throughout the summer. Female plants produce burrs that turn into hop cones. We harvest the hops in August each year. We do not use pesticides on our farm.

Dried Chinook Hops: After harvesting our hops they are dried for a few days and packaged into bags that are sealed.

Storage: Keep your sealed hops in the freezer for up to a year.
